Each exhibitor could do several functions: ordering booths, ordering equipment for those booths, ordering badges for booth workers, and maintaining detail data for publication in the show directory. The Administration office was able to approve exhibitors, approve and manage the exhibitor badges, approve equipment, and summarize equipment orders and booth reconcilliation. It will not become public until an administrator would approve this exhibitor. We also programmed the attendee registration tracking for this same show.
